A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Donnie Jarreau co-founded Spectrum Fitness, Inc, a health club that grew to nine locations in the greater Baton Rouge area, in 1992. He sold his last Spectrum Fitness location in 2009 to focus on the real estate industry. After spending nearly a decade successfully building a multimillion-dollar real estate portfolio, Donnie co-founded REGYMEN in 2017. Today, he is the driving force behind the REGYMEN brand, providing vision, leadership, and funding, as well as diverse real estate knowledge.
Outside of his career work, Donnie is a dedicated volunteer with several local organizations. He is the proud father of six children and enjoys coaching them in their various sports.
