Our owner support includes the following:
A week-long training at RHQ for owners to give you a broad overview of expectations from the brand, vendor partnerships, etc.
Approximately 90 to 100 days prior to the opening of your studio, REGYMEN will send one representative to the studio location, at no cost to you, for on-site training on how to operate a presale. The length of time the representative is on-site may vary, but it is expected to be from three to five days.
This second hands-on training and assistance includes training of personnel, studio promotion, reporting management, financial analysis, and other matters necessary to the opening and operation of the studio. In turn, you are responsible for training your staff on all technology systems as taught to you during the on-site visit.
At the commencement of your membership opening, REGYMEN will send one representative to your studio location, at no cost to you, for on-site coach training and assistance. The length of time the representative is on site may vary but is expected to be up to four days.
Coaches training cannot be scheduled until the studio is in full working order. This means that all equipment must be in place and working properly, all flooring must be completed, and all audio-visual items must be completed. Additional days of coach training will be available at an additional cost (refer to fee schedule). The franchisee is responsible for bringing potential coaches into the training.
REGYMEN may require any of your principles or employees who become actively involved in managing the studio to attend and satisfactorily complete the required training programs.
On-Going Support Consultation
We offer three webinars regularly for support. You may also contact REGYMEN representatives on a periodic or as-needed basis to receive consultation and guidance concerning the operation of your studio. REGYMEN will also provide information to you about changes and modifications to the systems and manuals, advertising, and marketing activities, and provide you with forms for required reports you must submit to REGYMEN.
REGYMEN will periodically, as it considers necessary, inspect your supplies, merchandise, methods of service, and merchandising, and speak with you to ensure you are complying with your agreements, manuals, and the required standards established for the system.
During the week of your studio opening, REGYMEN will send one representative to your studio location for advanced hands-on training of personnel, studio promotion, reporting management, financial analysis, and other matters necessary for the day-to-day operations of the studio.
REGYMEN will provide you with a Marketing Manual and occasionally provide coaching and roundtable discussions to support your marketing and advertising efforts. Additionally, REGYMEN supplies an annual marketing calendar with quarterly themes, pre-defined promotions, challenges, and events along with creative content via photography, videos, and graphics. We also provide relevant market research for your market as it is available and help you build strong vendor relationships and negotiate with your local advertising vendors.
