These are two of the traits we look for in prospective REGYMEN Fitness franchise owners. In seeking new owners to bring our boutique fitness franchise into new communities, it’s very important to us that we don’t just find any candidate. We are looking for prospective owners who are a great fit for our gym franchise – and who find us to be a great fit for them.
Franchisees who thrive with us are often people who are passionate about changing people’s lives. They are generally outgoing, active, and interested in health and fitness. Our studios are all about inclusivity, positivity, and motivation, and we want owners who reflect our values and live our mission. Meeting our financial requirements is important, but we are equally committed to finding a people-person who fits our culture.
Our Hands-On Approach
When seeking a franchise opportunity that is a good fit for you, there are quite a few factors to consider. Something very important to us is that we have active owners. This means that our owners take a hands-on approach to running their business. We understand that many franchises offer the opportunity to be a passive owner who leaves many of the daily responsibilities to general managers and other senior staff. At REGYMEN, we want our owners to be a regular presence at their gyms and engage with their staff and members. Most of our owners are fitness enthusiasts who love building relationships with people in their community and we are looking for new owners to take a similar approach with their gym franchises.
