Eric T. Archer’s experience in health and fitness club management dates back to 1992 when he co-founded Spectrum Fitness, Inc. Under his direction, the Spectrum brand was named one of the “Top 100 Health Clubs” by Club Industry Magazine four years in a row.
Since 1995, Eric has co-owned and been an employee of F&M, a management company specializing in the operation and management of health and fitness clubs. He supports REGYMEN with the day-to-day logistics, as well as site buildout, construction, and design.
Eric is most proud of his accomplishments outside of his career. His community involvement includes nine years of service as a board member on the American Heart Association’s logistics team. He also heads charity fundraising that donates sports equipment to local schools, focuses on childhood obesity issues, and offers outdoor outreach programs for kids at risk. Together, he and Donnie Jarreau founded the Everybody Plays Sports Foundation in 2007.
Eric loves to spend time enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends. You can frequently find him running trail races with his son. He describes himself as a kid that refuses to grow up.
